Description: Painting is not one of my fortes, but I promised my dear friend Karen that I would help get her new home ready for her arrival later this month. If you guys remember (as if you actually joined this site to read about my adventures... hehe) I went house shopping for my friend Karen, who after coming out West to visit Jimmy and I, decided she too loves it out here (maybe it was the nice weather, maybe it was the hot guys, or maybe it was the fact she could finally move on past her divorce by moving as far away as possible from her ex) and wanted to move asap from the East Coast to the West Coast. When Karen finally made up her mind of which house she was going to purchase, it turned out to be pretty funny, as I had already done a photo set in this exact house (if you remember I did a photo set in one of the houses while shopping with the realtor for Karen's house).<p>Anyway, Karen had asked Jimmy and I if we could do her a favor and paint a few walls (she wanted to have a few accent walls like I have in my house) so being the great friends that we are, I replied to Karen to just tell us what colors and what walls she wanted done and we would do it for her no problem at all. Well after going through some of my clothes to find a pair of jeans I wouldn't mind getting paint on, I found these old pair of overalls that I thought would be perfect for the job. That and I thought they would be great at teasing my husband Jimmy and his friend that was going to help me paint the walls and get her house ready for the big move. I can't wait till Karen arrives, because I really miss our fun times together and I think her being out here is going to be great!
